Cancellation Policy


CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS

For booking, we require a deposit of  50% of the service cost for everyone and every single appointment.

•If you need to cancel or reschedule, please, give us at least a 24 hour notice via call, text or email. If you cancel after our 24 hour cancellation window for any reason (you’re sick, stuck in traffic, menstruation pain, stuck at the doctor’s office, your nanny called off, etc.) your deposit will not be refunded. In case you need to cancel prior to the 24 hours of your appointment – the deposit will be refunded automatically (in a few business days). If you need to reschedule prior to the 24 hours of your appointment- your deposit will be transferred to the next appointment.

• In case you have eyelash and eyebrow appointments and you need to cancel, please make sure that you cancel both of them.

• The same rules apply to any no shows without notice (you will be charged 50% deposit with no refunds.)

• Our studio has a right to cancel an appointment based on our judgment. If there were multiple consecutive last-minute reschedules, our studio has the right to cancel your request.

WHAT IF WE RESCHEDULE

If a situation happens that one of our technicians has to cancel, we will do our best to reschedule you for the time that will be best convenient for you.  If we cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours, we will give you a 50% off your rescheduled appointment. If your appointment was scheduled for a 10-20 day fill and your rescheduled appointment occurs on a 21-30 day period, you will still be charged for a 10-20 day fill period.

AFTER BUSINESS HOURS POSSIBILITY

If you would like to receive service after our business hours or on Sunday we are happy to offer it with a 20% extra fee. Please, message us with your available times and we will accommodate you at our best possibility. We value your time and wishes and extend our capability for some lash lovers.

LATE ARRIVALS

•10 minutes late *maximum* for your appointment, you will be accepted (please let us know ahead so we can make proper adjustments to our schedule).

•15 minutes late is still acceptable but we will no longer be able to do lashes as full as if we had the whole fill time (we book clients back to back so we need to follow our schedule).

•20+ minutes late will be asked to reschedule and your deposit won’t be refunded – neither of us wants to do this, so please leave a few minutes earlier to accommodate for parking and traffic or any other unexpected delays.

WHAT IF YOU DID NOT LIKE OUR SERVICE

If you were not satisfied with your eyelash extensions, we will give you a full refund under the condition of removing the lashes before you leave.

LASHES FALLING OUT

If for any reason, your lashes start to fall out, you a have a 3-day period after your initial appointment to come in for a fix with no addition charge. If we do not have available slots in that 3-day period, we will schedule you at our next available time. If you contact us after a 3-day period, you will be charged a full service price

FILLS FROM ANOTHER SALON

If you are considering in becoming our client but still have lashes from a previous place, it is possible under certain circumstances. We will need to look over the quality and quantity of your eyelash extensions and further decide if we can do a fill on them or suggest you to do a removal and a full set.

ALLERGIES

• If it is your first time getting eyelash extensions, we recommend you do a patch test. What is a patch test? You schedule an appointment and let us know that you want a patch test. When you come in, we will put ten eyelash extensions on each eye and let you go. If you do not have any symptoms of allergies, we will finish your eyelash extensions the next day.

• If you decide not to take the patch test  ($20) before your first appointment, we will not be responsible for any allergic reactions. Notice: allergies can occur even after multiple eyelash extension procedures.

•Why can allergies occur? Only because of adhesive. The adhesive consists of cyanoacrylate, ethyl, and carbons. Some people are allergic to carbon, that’s why we provide clear adhesive for those clients who already know that they may have a reaction to this element. A smaller percentage of people can be allergic to ethyl. If after using clear adhesive you still have an allergy reaction, we won’t recommend you to do eyelash extensions.

VISITING RULES

•To keep our space safe, peaceful, and productive we ask you not to bring anyone to your appointment. Please no kids, no pets, and no groups. This is your selfcare time, so let’s use it to relax and unwind. Less distractions, means more productivity!

•Please express quietly in the salon, because most of our clients sleep during the procedure and we don’t want to bother them.

•To keep our space clean, please do not bring food or drinks to your appointment, we offer water and snacks in the waiting room, please help yourself!

• If you need to make a phone call, please talk quietly in the waiting area. If you need to express loudly, please step outside.

•Please, silence your phone before your procedure.
